Mr. Rosen’s professional accomplishments include:
- Supervised the combined management of more than 50,000 multi-family apartments in more then 40 States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico
- Directed the staffing, marketing, and successful lease-up of more then 3 dozen multifamily communities
- Experience with virtually every type of multifamily housing program, including affordable, e.g. BMIR, 221 (d) 3, Section 236, Project Based Section 8, Tax Exempt Bond, Low Income Housing Tax Credit as well as Market Rate Class “A” properties in garden, mid and high rise properties
- Supervised the activities of more then 1,000 personnel
- Performed due diligence assignments, for the acquisition, new development, financing or re-financing of more then 50 properties
- Directed the successful repositioning of more then 2 dozen non-performing or under performing assets
